Must be creative and able to execute strategic business plans, including sales/service promotions, and productivity targets. Requires superior customer service skills to ensure each of our guests receives the highest quality service and overall spa experience. Responsibilities include: Recruiting, hiring, training and motivating staff, providing ongoing feedback. Formulate standards for overall spa growth.Retail Business Manager - RBM/FJRed Door Spa in Darien, CT is seeking a Retail Business Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail area, ensuring the highest level of customer service and achievement of overall retail sales objectives of the spa/salon. Key responsibilities include: merchandising, stock control, recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and training, including the development of procedures, goals and training programs. Requirements:General Manager GM/FJ (job requirements):Must possess 3+ years management experience in a high-volume retail, beauty spa, salon. BS degree in related field and/or equivalent combination of formal education and experience. People-oriented with positive attitude, professional appearance, strong public relations and customer-service skills. Retail Business Manager RBM/FJ (job requirements):Must possess proven retail sales management experience in a beauty, spa, or retail environment.
